Requirements analysis
The client provides a detailed analysis of their needs, including product functionality, design, and pricing requirements. We provide corresponding suggestions, solutions, and product recommendations
Product quotation and confirmation
After the client confirms the initial plan (including logo, cartons, functionality, pricing, certification information, etc.), we provide a quotation for confirmation;
Sample confirmation
Based on your needs, we will provide you with samples for confirmation. You need to test and confirm the samples to ensure that the products meet your requirements;
Contract signing
After confirming the requirements, we will sign a formal OEM/ODM contract with you. The contract should specify the rights and obligations of both parties, product specific requirements, pricing, delivery schedule, etc.;
Printing design and confirmation
Both parties confirm the printing design, production, and effects (including logo, cartons, and other printed materials)
Mass production
After confirming the sample and appearance printing effects are correct, we will start mass production. During the production process, you can keep track of the production progress, and we will ensure production meets the contractually specified time and quality standards.
Inspection and shipment
When the products are produced according to the agreement, we will notify you to arrange for inspection.
Logistics delivery
When the inspection is completed, we will cooperate with loading and provide relevant logistics information.
After-sales service
To ensure your satisfaction, we provide comprehensive after-sales service. If there are any quality issues with the products, we will promptly provide solutions and appropriate resolutions.
